Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any advance payment is handled according to the signed proposal, including any clearly disclosed non-refundable costs already incurred.
Work already completed
For cancellation after work has started, charges may reflect completed milestones, time spent and non-recoverable third-party expenses as set out in the agreed scope. We aim to provide a status summary and identify work completed to date.
Third-party charges
Advertising spend, hosting, domain registration, paid software, payment-provider charges and external licences are generally governed by the relevant provider’s own terms and may not be refundable by us.
How to request cancellation
Send a written cancellation request to t.shahbade@gmail.com and include your project or proposal reference. We will confirm receipt and explain the next steps using the cancellation terms agreed for that project.
Questions
If a proposal states a different cancellation or refund process, that specific written agreement applies to the project to the extent permitted by law. Contact us before approving the proposal if any term is unclear.
